If the Inside Line™ Art Tracing Projector isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund.
How to start a return
Use the contact form and include your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't post anything back before you have those — a parcel that arrives without them can't be matched to your order.
Condition
Send the projector back with the cable, stand, and anything else that came in the box. Normal use is expected — that's what the 30 days are for. We can't refund items that are damaged beyond normal use or missing parts.
Return shipping
If your order arrived damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we cover return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for.
Your refund
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method and email you to confirm. Banks and card issuers usually take a further 5–10 business days to post the money to your account; that part is out of our hands.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you won't pay return shipping.
Cancelling an order
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to the rights you already have under the consumer law of your country. Nothing here limits those rights.
