Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we email you to confirm the order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is running. Taxes and any import charges are handled as described in our shipping policy. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
Product information
We describe the product as accurately as we can. Photographs and demonstration video show the projector in use; the brightness, sharpness and size of a projected image depend on your room, how dark it is, the distance to your surface, and the picture you choose. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the product.
Using the product
The projector is intended for tracing and craft use by adults, and by children with adult supervision. Don't look directly into the lens. Use only the supplied power cable or an equivalent rated supply. We're not responsible for damage or injury caused by use outside these instructions.
Your content and other people's
You're responsible for the images you project. Many images are protected by copyright — tracing one for your own private practice is usually fine, but selling or publishing work based on someone else's image may not be. That's your call to make, not ours.
Returns and refunds

Intellectual property
The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or republish them without asking.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that can't lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
